My SEO Journey

My journey into SEO began when I started exploring the freelancing world. Having worked with data for more than 18 years in both my former and current corporate roles. I’ve always had a natural curiosity and a love for learning  that eventually led me to SEO.

I officially started my SEO journey through Pinoy SEO, an award-winning online and onsite training platform founded by Rene Leandro Padilla. There, I had the opportunity not only to build my own website from scratch using WordPress, but also to dive deep into the principles and strategies of SEO.

As part of the training, I gained hands-on experience working on a real client’s website — NORCAL — where I collaborated with team members to optimize and improve the site’s performance. This project gave me valuable, practical knowledge in website optimization and teamwork, reinforcing my confidence and skills in SEO.

That experience marked the true beginning of my SEO career. My passion for learning and my background in data-driven work led me into a new path of helping businesses succeed online.

🌸 Who am I outside SEO?

✈️ The Traveller – Don’t you just love traveling? You get to discover new things, explore different places, and experience cultures through food. For me, travel doesn’t always mean hopping on a plane (though I love that too!)—sometimes it’s just a quick mall trip that gives me the same vibe. Yep, I’m that woman who loves window shopping 😉.

But beyond the fun, travel always gives me fresh insights, new perspectives, and renewed energy. It’s my way of pausing, recharging, and coming back with more inspiration—because sometimes, that’s exactly what we need to keep moving forward in anything we do.

🍳 The Chef (at Home) – I’m no master chef, but I love experimenting in the kitchen. Don’t you find joy in cooking too? The kitchen is my happy little lab—my cooking isn’t always perfect, but that’s where the fun and learning happen. If you ever drop by, I’d be more than happy to cook for you… but if it’s not to your taste, we can always order takeout 😄. I love food, and there’s something so comforting and fulfilling about preparing meals from scratch, even when it takes time and effort..

🏡 The Introvert / Organizer – I actually love staying home. There’s something magical about decluttering, organizing, and putting things in order—it makes my space feel calm and my mind feel clear. When everything is in its place, I feel more productive, focused, and ready to take on anything. It’s my little ritual of peace, reflection, and self-care… and yes, it might sound boring to some, but that’s just who I am. Over time, this introvert has grown into more of an ambivert, so going out and building connections and friendships also comes naturally to me.

✍️ The Copywriter / Memory Keeper – I’ve always loved writing and expressing my thoughts. I also have a natural love for photography. If you visit my social media spaces like Facebook or Instagram, you’ll notice they’re filled more with personal moments than work-related updates. For me, posting isn’t about attention or likes (though that’s always nice too) — it’s my way of collecting memories, reflecting, and cherishing the simple joys in life. I’m always grateful for everything, and through my photos and words, I try to preserve the stories, feelings, and lessons behind each moment—whether it’s a person, a thing, food, or an experience. It’s my way of honoring the small yet meaningful moments in life, both personally and professionally.
